An Act to repeal section 2, of chapter 266, entitled an Act
to regulate the manufacture and sale of oils for illuminating
purposes, passed January Session, 1870, and to re-enact the
same so as to read as follows.
Mr. C. R. Hamilton submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the officers of the House receive the same
amount of stationery and stamps that they received in 1870.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Henkle submitted the following order :
Ordered, That $100 be paid to Mr. Charles V. Hammond
'for services rendered as Sergeant-at Arms for this House,
during the absence of said officer upon official business.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Chapman submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the Chairman of the Committee on Claims,
issue his warrant for $300, each to Wm. H. Foster and Wm.
