An Act to repeal section 97 of Article LXXXI., of the
Public General Laws, title "Revenue and Taxes," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

An Act to repeal section 22, of Article XLI , of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," under-
the head of Patuxent, regulating the right of fishing in the
Patuxent river and its tributaries, and re-enact the same to-
read as follows.
Also,
An Act to continue in force an Act passed at December
Session, 1843, chapter 9, entitled an Act' to incorporate the
German Union Beneficial Society, of Cumberland.
Also,
An Act to incorporate the New Windsor Town Hall Company, in the town "of New Windsor" Carroll county
Also,,
An Act for the better protection of oysters, clams, terra-
pins and fish in Synapuxent Bay and its tributaries, in
Worcester county.

An Act to exempt Talasco Tribe No 16, Independent Order
Red Men, of Baltimore City, from taxation.
Also,
An Act to repeal section HI, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub titled "Wild
Fowl," and to enact the following sections in lieu thereof.

An Act to incorporate the Phoenix Manufacturing Com-
pany, of Baltimore county. Whereas, lamps Mahool, Alien
A. Chapman, Joseph W. Jenkins and others, have repre-
sented to this General Assembly of Maryland), that they sire
already engaged in the business of manufacturing in Balti-
more county, in the.3 State of Maryland, in which a consider-
able amount of capital is now invested, and are desirous of
carrying on said business more extensively than heretofore,
and have applied to tin's General Assembly for an Act of' incorporafion to more fully accomplish the objects and purposes
aforesaid thereof.
