Code of Public General Laws, title "Pleading, Practice and
Process," sub-title "Removal of Causes," as amended by the
Act of 1865, chapter 187, by adding sub-sections to section.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary.

The bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Article XXXVII., of the Code of Public General Laws of
this State, title "Evidence," and to be numbered in due or-
der alter the last section thereof,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to protect the claps of small
birds, known as insectivorous birds in Howard, Queen Anne's.
