Vachel Keene, lying in Drawbridge District, in said county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. dark, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa
vorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore City to issue the bonds of said city to
an amount not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars, as
provided by an ordinance of the said Mayor and City Coun-
cil, entitled' "An ordinance for the extension of Patterson
Park," approved June 23d, 1871.
Which was read a first time.
The bill, entitled an Act to exempt Caroline and Kent
Counties from the operation of chapter 231 of the Public Lo-
cal Laws, entitled an Act to protect fish and wild fowl in the
waters of Queen Anne's, Kent, Caroline and Harford Coun-ties, passed at January Session, 1870,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to alter and amend sections 193,
194, 195, 196, 197, 198 and 199 of Article I. of the Supple-
ment to the Public Local Laws, under the head of "Allegany
County," relating to birds, and re-enact the same with
amendments, so as to read, respectively as follows,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 36 of Article-
XV. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Montgom-
ery County," relating to Justices of the Peace and Consta-
bles in said county, and to re-enact the same so as to read as
follows,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize and empower the-
Boards of County Commissioners of Baltimore and Harford
Counties, at the joint expense of said counties, to build a
bridge over the Little Gunpowder River, at or near Joshua,
E. Green's Ford,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act supplementary to an Act passed
February 17th, 1847, chapter 68, entitled an Act to incorpo--
