The bill, entitled an Act to confirm the bequest of Rev.
James Dolan, deceased, to the Young Catholic's Friend's
Society, of the City of Baltimore, for the purpose of estab-
lishing a Children's Aid Society, and to incorporate the
Board of Managers of Dolan's Children's Aid Society, under
the charge of the Young Catholic's Friend's Society, being
upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. McColgan,
The further consideration thereof was]|postponed, and the
bill recommitted to the Select Committee on that subject.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal Section 2 of Article LX.
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to mortgages,
and to re-enact the same with amendments,
Being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Griswold,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill made the order of the day for Thursday, the 25th,inst.,
at 1 o'clock, P. M.
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Appeal Tax Court
of Baltimore City to hear the appeal of H. R. Hazlehurst,
