Said bill was then returned to the Senate. Mr. McColgan, from the Committee of Conference on the part of the House, submitted the following REPORT. To the Honorable the House of Delegates of Maryland: The undersigned, the Committee of Conference, appointed to consider the amendments proposed by the Senate to House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of Article LXIV. of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Mortgages, and to re-enact the same with amendments, respectfully report, that we have taken into consideration said proposed amend- ments, and recommend that the House of Delagates accede to the amendments proposed by the Senate, and pass the bill as amended.
