An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Frederick County to subscribe to the capital stock of the
Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe Creek Turnpike Road Com-
pany, the Liberty and New Windsor Turnpike Road Com-
pany, the Frederick and Buckeystown Turnpike Road Com-
pany, in Frederick county, and such other Turnpike Road
Companies whose roads have heretofore been constructed, or
are now in process of construction in said county.
Also,
An Act to repeal sections 54 and 64, of Article XV , of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Montgomery County,"
sub-title "Rockville," and section 55, of the Acts of 1870,
chapter 170, entitled an Act to repeal sections 55, 56, 57, 58,
60, 65 and 73, of Article XV., of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Rockville,"
and re-enact the same with amendments.
Also,
An Act to repeal section 3, of Article XI., of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Attorneys at Law and Attor-
neys in Fact," and to re-enact the same with an amendment.
. , Also,
An Act to add an additional section to Article LXXXI,
of the Code of Public General Laws of this State, title
" Revenue and Taxes," under the sub-title (< Assessment of
Stocks for State Purposes."
Also,
An Act to repeal, amend, and re-enact chapter 361, passed
at January Session, 1870, entitled an Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Harford county to sell a part of the
Poor House Farm, and to erect suitable Buildings tor the
use of the paupers of said county, and to levy a sum of
money for that purpose.
Also,
An Act to amend the Charter of the Continental Fire and
Marine Insurance Company, of Baltimore, to change its cor-
porate name, and to cure certain irregularities in the original.!
organization thereof.
Also,
An Act further to amend the Charter of the Associated
Firemen's Insurance Company, of the City of Baltimore.
Also,
An Act to give the sanction of the General Assembly of
Maryland, to a deed from William S. Keech, Trustee, to the
