timore county.

An Act to repeal section 90, of Article X., of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title
"Elections, Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to
re-enact the same go as to read as follows.
Also,
An Act to authorize and empower the County Commission-
ers of Montgomery county, to make certain improvements
upon the Court House buildings of said county, in Rockville,
and to levy a tax upon the assessable property of said county
to pay the cost thereof.
Also,
An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Calvert.
county, to re-district or increase the number of election pre-
cints, in (aid county.
Also
An Act entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act
to lay off streets in Baltimore county, adjoining Baltimore-
City, and to repeal certain Acts inconsistent therewith, passed
at the General Assembly of Maryland, at the January Session, 1870, chapter 99.

An Act to repeal sections 1 and 4, of the Act to amend the-
charter of the Green Spring Avenue Company, passed Janu-

January Session, 1870, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, relating to the taking of oysters with scoops, in the-

1849, chapter 3£8, entitled an Act incorporating the Union
Plank or Turnpike Road Company, in Montgomery county.
