The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 12,13,14,15 and
16, of Article XXI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Washington County," sub-title "Almshouse," and re-en-
act the following in lieu thereof,
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays.
Also, returned
The bill entitled an Act to refund to R. N. Milburn, of
St. Mary's county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid
into the Treasury,
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also, delivered the following message :
BY THE SENATE,
March 26, 1872.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
to recommit to the Joint Committee heretofore appointed on
the subject, the report of the Committee on the subject of the
claim of the State against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, for one-fifth of the passenger transportation
on the Washington Branch Road.

State against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, for
one-fifth of the transportation of passengers on the Wash-
ington Branch Road, and concur therein. ,
