Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body, to recommit to the Joint Committee heretofore appointed on the subject, the report of the Committee on the subject of the claim of the State against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, for one-fifth of the passenger transportation on the Washington Branch Road.
