Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bill:
The bill entitled an Act for the protection of black bass
and all other fish in the Monocacy river and its tributaries,
within the limits of Frederick county,
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed-
amendments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Section 8, line 5, amend by adding after the word "of-
fence," the following: "with the name of the informer."
Section 2, line 4, amend by inserting between the words
"of" and "thirty," the following : "not less than ten, nor
more than."
On motion of Mr. Miller,
The Senate amendments were adopted.
The bill, as amended, was then passed by yeas and nays,
