The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Potomac Fire Insurance Company of
Baltimore, passed January Session, 1867, chapter 424.
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ment."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out the fifth and sixth sections.
On motion of Mr. Foster,
The Senate amendment was concurred in, and the bill,,as
