Act passed January Session, 1870, chapter 240, entitled an
Act to repeal section 39, of Article XX. of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title "Talbot County," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Mr. dark, of Baltimore City, Chairman of a Select Com-
mittee, reported favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 411,
passed January Session, 1870, entitled an Act to add addi-
tional sections to Article LUX. of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Officers," regulating and prescribing the
number and compensation of officers of the Senate and House
of Delegates, and repealing all Acts inconsistent therewith.

County Commissioners of Frederick County to subscribe to

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor to
appoint a Commission to examine the fisheries of the State,
with a view to their increase, improvement and protection,
and to report thereon to the next General Assembly, and to
introduce into the Great Gunpowder river, and other suitable
waters of the State, the fish known as black bass, and to
appropriate a sum of money to defray the expenses thereof,
