' Mr. Young, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably
The Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article XXI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Washington County," sub-title "Williamsport," to come
in after section 331, of said Article, and also to repeal sec-
tion 332, of said Article,, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably .
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 8, of an
Act passed at January Session, 1870, chapter 325, entitled
an Act to amend Article LXXXI, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Revenue and Taxes," by adding sub-sec-
tions 5, 6, 7 and 8 to section 34, of Article LXXXI, and re-
lating to the appointment of Collectors and collection of
taxes, so far as said section 3 relates to Washington county,
and to extend the provisions of the said Act of 1870, chapter
-335, to Washington county.
Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Washington county to subscribe to the
"stock of the Marsh Turnpike Company of Washington county.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 30, of
Article XXI. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washing County," sub-title "Boonsboro'," and to amend and re-enact the same as follows.
