1110 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 26,
no case shall the period between the death of any decedent
and the filing of the first administration account by his ad-
ministrator in which other claims against his estate are
allowed in whole or in part, and any such claim is disputed,
rejected or wholly disallowed, be computed as part of the
period required to make the statute of limitations a bar to
any recovery against such administrator on such claim, and
The Register of Wills shall be entitled to receive, for making
such entry of each claim, the sum of ten cents, to be paid by
"the claimant."
