1110 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 26, no case shall the period between the death of any decedent and the filing of the first administration account by his ad- ministrator in which other claims against his estate are allowed in whole or in part, and any such claim is disputed, rejected or wholly disallowed, be computed as part of the period required to make the statute of limitations a bar to any recovery against such administrator on such claim, and The Register of Wills shall be entitled to receive, for making such entry of each claim, the sum of ten cents, to be paid by "the claimant." * The amendment was adopted, and The bill as amended, was then read a second time.' Which was read a second time: Also, reported favorably, The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact sec- tions 47, 49, 50, 51 and 63, of Article LXXXI, title "Rev- enue and Taxes," of the Code of Public General Laws, and to repeal sections 54, 55, 56, 57 and 59, of the same Article, with proposed amendment. AMENDMENT PROPOSED. 'Strike out section 51." Which was read .and adopted, and Said bill, as amended, was then read a second time. Mr. Waller, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favorably, The Senate bill entitled an Act to change the name of Potato Keck Election District, in Somerset county, to Fairmount Election District. Which was read a second time. Mr. Chaisty, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported unfavorably, A bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act passed at January Session, 1870, chapter 215, entitled an Act to ap- propriate a sum of "money for transcribing, indexing and Binding records, preserving papers and for preparing a Digest of the Laws and Rules of the Land Office. |
