Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Claims.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act passed
at the January Session, 1858, chapter 84, entitled a supple-
" ment to an Act to incorporate a Company to make a turn-
pike road in Washington county, from Hagerstown, in said-
county, to Middleburg, on the Pennsylvania Line.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Washington delegation.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 24 and 25, of
Article XLI, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Fish and Fisheries," sub-title "River," in Talbot, Dorches-
ter and Caroline counties, relating to the taking and catch-
ing offish in the waters of said counties, and to re-enact the
said sections in an amended form, and to add certain sub-
sections thereto.
Which was read a first time, and referred to a Select Com-
mittee, consisting of Messrs. Goldsborough, Radcliffe and
Hard castle.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to remove gates from public
roads, in Wicomico county.
Which was read and referred to the Wicomico delegation.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 3, 4 and 5, of
the Act of 1856, chapter 149, entitled an Act to incorporate
the Queen Anne's and Kent Railroad Company, and also to
repeal sections 3, 4 and 5, of the Act of 1869, chapter 142,
entitled an Act to revise and amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Queen Anne's and Kent Railroad Com-
pany, passed on the 7th day of March, 1856, and in lieu of
the sections repealed in the Act of 1167, to enact the follow-
ing amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Kent and
and Queen Anne's delegations.
Also,
* The bill entitled an Act to refund to Francis M. Goddard
Collector of first election district, St. Mary's county, Charles
W. Fowler, Collector fourth district, St. Mary's county, and.
to Richard J. Marshall, of St. Mary's county, moneys erro-
neously paid into the Treasury,
