Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee on Public Buildings. Also, The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 50, of Article XXI. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," sub-title "Boonsboro'," and to amend and re enact the same as follows. Which was read a first time and referred to the Washing- ton delegation. . Also, The bill entitled an Act to refund to Dr. L. C. Cox, of Talbot county, a sum of money paid into the Treasury on an erroneous assessment of property. Which was read a first time and referred to the Commit- tee on Claims. Also, The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 113, 114, 115, 116 and 117, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor- chester County," sub-title "Fish," regulating the taking, and catching of fish in the waters of said county. Which was read a first time and referred to the Dorchester delegation. Also, The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of the Act of 1868, chapter 208, relating to the arrearages of the Academ- ic Fund of Howard county, and to provide for the disburse- ment of said fund for the benefit of Primary Schools of said county. Which was read a first time and referred to the Howard delegation, and Mr. Clark, of Montgomery. Also, The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis- sioners of Washington county to subscribe to the stock of the Marsh Turnpike Company of Washington county. Which was read a first time and referred to the Washington delegation. Also, The bill entitled an Act to make valid deeds for lands sold by non-resident executors. |
