1072 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 22,
"of Conference, to consist of two on the part of the Senate
and three on the part of the House, to consider and report
'upon the amendments, as proposed and adopted by your
Honorable Body, upon the bill entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tion 2, of Article LXIV, of the Code of Public General
Laws, relating to Mortgages, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
CCiark, Of Baltimore City, Speow and McColgans.

Which was read, assented to, and Dent to the Senate.
The Secretary of the Senate returned
The Senate bill entitled an Ac* to supply Codes Rod Supplements to certain civil officers in Queen Anne's and Kent
counties,
Endorsed, "Report of the Committee of Conference adopted,
And bill returned to the House of Delegates.'*
Also, delivered the following
REPORT.
The Committee of Conference of the two Housfes on the dis-
agreeing votes of their respective Bodies, on the Senate bill
entitled an Act to supply Codes -and Supplements to certain
.civil officers in Queen Anne's And Kent counties, report that
they nave given the subject careful consideration, and recom-
mend said bill without amendment to the favorable action of
their respective Houses.
