in and around Reisterstown, in Baltimore county,
Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from the Select Com-
mittee, and the report adopted."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 59, of the Act of
1868, chapter 471, entitled an Act to repeal Article XXVI.
of the Code of Public General Laws, and to enact a substi-
tute therefor, and to repeal section 22, of Article XVI., Sections 99 to 103 of the same Article, and sections 33 to 43 of
Article LXXXVIII of the Code of Public General Laws,
And. re-enact the same so as to read. as follows,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled an Act
to repeal sections 5, 6 and 8, of chapter 24, passed December
Session, 1835, entitled an Act to authorize William Krebs,
Richard Linthicum and William Linthicum, to build a
bridge over Gwynn's' Falls, at or near where the present
bridge stands, known as the long bridge, and to enact sub-
stitutes therefor, passed, at January Session, 1867, chapter
94, and to revive and re-enact sections 5, 6 and 8,of said
Act of 1835,
Endorsed "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ment."
AMENDMENT PBOPOSBD.
Strike out the word " required " where it occurs in the
sixth line of section 6, and insert in lieu thereof the word
" anthorized."
The amendment was then adopted, and the hill, as amend-
ed, passed by yeas and nays, as follows :
