tiections 652 to 770, both inclusive, of Article IV, of the City
of Baltimore, relating to Militia, and to enact the following
in lieu thereof,
Endorsed "Reported unfavorably from the Committee on
Militia, and the report adopted."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 47, 48 and 50,
of Article XVI. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Prince George's County," under head of Collectors, enacted
by the Act of 1868, chapter 330, and sections 44, 45, 49, 56
and 66, of said Article XVI., under same head, enacted by
the Act of 1870, chapter 216, and to repeal sections 37. 49,
50, 66 and 67, of Article LXXXL, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Revenue and Taxes," insofar as the
name may relate to Prince George's county, and to re enact
the following as sections 44, 45, 47, 48. 49, 50, 55 and 56, of
Article XVI. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince
George's County, under the head of Collectors, in their stead,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to define the duties of the Fire
Inspector of Baltimore City,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and. nays."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to pay the Bailiff of the Circuit
Court of Frederick county, at the end of each term of said
Court,
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed amend-
ments."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. '
Amend title by adding "s," to Bailiff, so as to read
Bailiffs.
