of the town of Frostburg, Allegany county, Maryland, and
to prevent the sale thereof within said limits.

Mr. Dunbar, Chairman of a Select Committee, (the rules
being suspended,) reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of St. Mary's county, Charles county and Prince
George's county, to subscribe to the capital stock of the
Washington City and Point Lookout Railroad Company.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Whitson, Chairman of a Select Committee, (the rules
being suspended,) reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and 18, of Acts
passed at January Session, 1867, chapter 296, and insert the
following in lieu thereof.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Streett, Chairman of a Select Committee, (the rules
being suspended,) reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal-section 2, of chapter 365,
of the Act of Assembly passed January Session, 1870, entitled an Act to incorporate the Harford County Railroad Com-
pany, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Dougherty, Chairman of a, Select Committee, (the
roles being suspended,) reported favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Crisfield, in Somerset county, Maryland.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas
