Said bill was then sent to the Senate. On motion of Mr. Duvall, (the rules being suspended.) The House proceeded to the consideration of the Joint Resolutions in reference to the establishment of an Iron Steam- ship Building Yard, &c., when, On motion of Mr. Duvall, The vote by which the amendments proposed by the Com- mittee on Federal Relations were adopted on the 19th in- stant, Was reconsidered. The question then recurring upon the adoption of said amendments, On motion of Mr. Stone, The further consideration thereof was informally post- poned. Mr. Goldsborough, (the rules being suspended,) reported favorably, The Senate bill entitled an Act to pay to John Baggs, Clerk to the Circuit Court for Talbot county, a Bum of money as commissions on money collected for the State, Said bill was then read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows:
