Which was read a second time, Also, favorably, A bill entitled an 'Act to amend, and re-enact sections 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 160, 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 166, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 16?, 163 and 164, of Article VIII. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Ceil County," and relating to Port Deposit.
