tee on Inspections.

The bill entitled an Act to settle and adjust the boundary
lines between the States of Virginia and Maryland.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Judiciary.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to amend chapter 126, of the Acts
of 1845, passed January 13, 1846, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the Trustees of Saint Patrick's School, Fell's Point,
in the City of Baltimore, and to amend and extend sections
1 and 10 of said Act, as follows.
Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act passed
at January Session 1832, chapter 126, entitled an Act to in-
corporate a company to make a turnpike road from Wil-
liamsport to Hagerstown, and an Act passed at December
Session 1833, chapter 267, entitled a supplement to an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate a company to make a turnpike
road from Williamsport to Hagerstown, passed at December
Session 1832, chapter 125.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Washing-
ton delegation.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal Article LXXXVII. of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Sheep," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Prince George's county, "money erroneously paid by him to
Inspectors of Tobacco in the City of Baltimore, for outageand
