Williams, late of Wicomico county, deceased, to the Trus-
tees of the Protestant Episcopal Church in Salisbury, in said
county.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to release to Mrs. Eleanor Koller
all the rights and interests of the State of Maryland in and
to the personal estate of William Frederick Cary, late of
Baltimore City, deceased.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on the Judiciary,
Also,
A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay John Feast, for labor done and materials furnished in
improving the grounds within the enclosure of the Gov-
ernor's Mansion,
Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Claims.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled an Act
to repeal section 1 of an Act passed January Session, 1870,
chapter 34 title "County Commissioners of Wicomico
County," and to re-enact the said first section of an Act,
passed January Session, 1868, chapter 50. .
Which was read a first time and referred to a select Com-
mittee, consisting of Messrs. Johnson, Langrell and Frank-
lin.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate a company to con-
struct a bridge across the Severn River at Annapolis, in
Anne Arundel county.

late the time and manner of catching and taking fish and
terrapins in that portion of the Potomac River, between
Maryland Point, in Charles county, and Chiseldine's Island,
in St. Mary's county.

The bill entitled an Act to prohibit the sale of spirituous
or fermented liquors, or any other article of traffic, within
