An Act for the protection of the Chaneery Records of Bal-
timore City.
On motion of Mr. Steele,
At ten o'clock, P. Messrs. the House adjourned
THURSDAY, March 21, 1872.-The House met,
And was opened with prayer by the Rev. Mr. Highley,,
Chaplain.

Mr. Butter presented the petition of Charles H. Bowdle,
and thirty-two other citizens of Talbot county, praying the
passage of a General Property Qualification Law, to apply
to all votes of this State.
