The bill as amended, was then read a second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
The bill entitled an Act for the relief of Mary Jones, of
Harford county,
Wag read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed, for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's county, to correct the assessment
of certain real estate in said county, and to refund taxes
thereon paid in error.
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to provide for the measurement
and counting of lumber in Havre-de-Grace, in Harford county
and Port Deposit, in Cecil county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a.

The bill entitled an Act to prohibit live stock running at
large in and around the Village of Carroll, in Baltimore
county,
Was read, a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a.

The bill entitled an Act authorizing and requiring the
Commissioners of Baltimore county, to build a bridge over
Gwynn's Falls, at Thompson street, in said county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to make valid and to carry into
effect the bequest contained in the lust will and testament of
Isaac Sterling, late of Somerset county, deceased, in favor of
the Trustees of Asbury M. E. Church, near Crisfield, in Som-
erset county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to legalize the bequest of Andrew
Sternlein, to the Saint Peter's and Saint Paul's Catholic
Churches, of Cumberland,
