The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor -{(to ap-point an additional Justice of the Peace for the Second Elec-
tion District, and also an additional Justice of the Peace for
the Ninth Election District in Frederick county,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
"third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Frederick county, to subscribe to
"the capital stock of certain railroads,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to provide for the appointment of
Gangers of Casks and Liquids in the City of Baltimore, and
providing for the duties thereof,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as fol-
