Mr. Gatch submitted the following amendment :

Chapter 6, section 5, strike out all after the word "office,"
in line 2, to the word "of," in line 3, and all after the word
"commission" in line 4.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Richards submitted the following amendment:

Chapter 6, section 1, strike out all after the word "Arithme-
tic," in line 2, to the word "Algebra," in line 4.

Which was rejected.

Mr. Kilbourn submitted the following amendment:

Chapter 6, strike out section 3.

Which was rejected.
