The bill entitled an Act for the relief of the Mayor and
Council of Hagerstown, and authorizing the raising by taxa-
tion the sum of ten thousand dollars for the purposes and in
the manner hereinafter mentioned,

third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 555, 557, 558,
559, 5t'0, 561, 562, 563, and 564, of Article 4, of the Public
Local Laws of Baltimore city, entitled "Wood," and also to
repeal chapter 116, passed January session, 1862, relating
to inspection and cording of fire wood in Baltimore city,
