The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bills:

The bill entitled an Act to provide for the inspection of all
artificially manufactured or manipulated fertilizers, imported
or brought into or manufactured for sale in the State of Mary-
land.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Select
Committee on Fertilizers.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the 21st and 23d sections
of Article 50, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Juries," as far as relates to Prince George's county, and to
