The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bills,
severally endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays.
The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Kent county to open and enlarge the public road
in said county, passing through the village known as Mas-
sey's Cross Roads in said county.
The bill entitled an Act to provide for the protection of
sheep in Queen Anne's, Dorchester and Somerset counties,
and for reimbursing owners of sheep for damages sustained
by them in the killing or injuring of sheep by dogs.
The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate, the Maryland Floating Dock and Marine
Railway Company, passed 24th March, 1865.
The bill entitled an Act to add an additional section
to Articale 1st of Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
county, relating to fees of the Couuty Surveyor.
The Secretary of the Senate returned the bill entitled an
Act to amead the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Balti-
more County," by adding thereto the following additional
sections in relation to swine running at large.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and aays with proposed amend-
ments."
