On motion of Mr. Merrick, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to repeal section 4, of an Act passed January
session, 1868, chapter 466, entitled an Act to run, define, and
mark the dividing line between Prince George's and Mont-
gomery counties, and to re-enact the same so as to read as fol-
lows.

Said bill having been rejected for want of a constitutional
majority,
