of three from Cecil, and two from Harford county.

The vote by which the motion to refer the leave to the
Cecil and Harford delegation was rejected,

Was reconsidered.

The question then recurring upon concurring in the motion
submitted by Mr. Owens,

It was decided in the affirmative,

And leave was granted to the Cecil and Harford delega-
tions to report said bill.

On motion of Mr. McCreery,

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to incoporate the Western Maryland Extension
Railway Company,

Said bill being upon a second reading,

Mr. Hoblitzell moved that the further consideration thereof
be postponed and that the bill be printed.

Mr. Neill submitted the following amendment:

Section 11, line 4, after the word "Railway," insert: with
power to cross under or over any other railroad.
