Mr. Richards moved that the House do now adjourn.
Decided in the negative.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 10 of Article 5,
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Appeals," and
to insert in lieu thereof the following section,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

Mr. Gatch moved that the House do now adjourn.
Decided in the negative,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and 6, of chap-
ter 329, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at January session, 1867, entitled an Act to provide
for the selection, drawing and summoning of Jurors in the
several counties, and prescribing their qualifications, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

Being upon a second reading,
Mr. Brattan submitted the following amendment :
Section 1, line 7, strike out the word "May."
Which was adopted.

The bill, as amended, was then read a second time and or-
dered to be engrossed for a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 810 of Article 4,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of the City of Baltimore,
chapter 367, passed at the January session, 1867, relating to
the police of said city, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, so as to read as follows,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

Mr. Colton moved that the House do now adjourn.
