ington county, passed January session 1868, chapter 21, and1

tled an Act, to regulate and make uniform the fees of Consta-

Supreme Bench of Baltimore city, and to re-apportion and
enlarge the jurisdiction of Baltimore City Court, the Supe-

the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Revenue and
Taxes," by adding sub-sections five, six, seven and eight, to

the appointment of collectors and collections of taxes.

on Ways and Means.
