Section 1, line 4, strike out the word " fifteen," and in-

Mr. Standish submitted the following amendment:

Section 1, line 4, strike o,ut the word "fifteen" and insert the

Mr. Colton moved that the vote by which the motion to
print the bill was, on yesterday, decided in the negative, be re-
