Sec. 5. Be it enacted, That the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county, be and they are hereby directed to pay to
William Webster, and such other parties as he may show to
be entitled to receive the same, the amounts due for rebuild-
ing and repairing the bridges at "Monkton and Sparks"
over the Gunpowder river, which said work was done by said
Webster, acting under the law of 1868, chapter 411, and the
amounts so paid to said Webster and others, shall be deduct-
ed from the general road and bridge fund of said Baltimore
county, created by the Act of 1870.

And the bill as amended, passed by yeas and nays, as
