AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Section 172, line 6, after the word " creek," insert: for
the funding of the debt already created; and in line 7, after
the word " straightening," insert: as may be,hereafter in-
curred ; in line 9, strike out "one hundred," and insert
fifty.

Section 173, strike out all after the word " hours," in the
12th line, to the end of the section.

of the road supervisors in Baltimore county, acting under
the law passed at the January session of 1868, chapter 411,
approved 30th of March, 1868,

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Sec. 2, strike out all after 1870 in 14th line.

Sec. 3, amend by adding : Provided, that no monies levied
or collected by the County Commissioners for road and bridge
purposes from the other districts in the county, shall be ex-
pended in said first election district for roads and bridges,
while said first district is exempted from the provisions of
the general road law passed the January session of 1870.
