The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill en-
titled an Act to repeal section 187, of Article 11, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Frederick county, relating to the
number of Justices of the Peace and Constables, and to amend

and re-enact the said section.

Said bill being upon a third reading,

Mr. Ritter, by unanimous consent, submitted the follow-
ing amendments :

Sec. 187, line 6, strikeout the word "six." and insert the

word seven.

Sec. 187, line 14, strike out the word "three," and in-
sert the word four.

The bill as amended was then ordered to be engrossed,
