entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Maryland Central
Railway Company, passed January session 1867, chapter
121, go as to extend the time for the commencement and com-
pletion of the same,

Said bill being upon a third reading.

Said bill was then returned to the Senate.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal so much of section 12,
chapter 267, of the Act passed March 1860, entitled an Act
to incorporate a company to open in part, and improve the
road from Frederick county to the Spout Spring, &c., as
relates to rates of toll, and enact the following,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

On motion of Mr. Marbury, (the rules being suspended,)

The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to provide for the creation and regulation of in-
corporated companies in the State of Maryland.

Said bill being upon a second reading.
On motion of Mr. Marbury,

The further consideration thereof was postponed and the-
bill made the order of the day for Wednesday, 23d of March.

Mr. Martin, Chairman of the Committee on the State,
Tobacco Warehouses, submitted the following report:
