On motion of Mr. Baldwin, of Harford, (the rules being
suspended,)
The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill enti-
tled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Har-
ford county to sell a part of the Poor House Farm and to
erect suitable buildings for the use of paupers of said county,
and to levy a sum of money for that purpose.
