Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That all indictments now
pending in cases of prosecution for violating any of the pro-
visions and secfions of the Article hereby repealed, shall be
prosecuted and proceeded with to final determination and judg-
ment be entered therein, as if said provisions and sections
had not been hereby repealed.
