Mr. Beck, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Chestertown Gas
Light Company.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Webb, Chairman of Joint Select Committee on the
part of the House, submitted the following

REPORT.

The Committee of Conference appointed to confer upon the
disagreement of the votes upon the House bill in relation to
the increase of the capital of the Franklin Bank of Balti-
more, respectfully report that they have had the subject mat-
ter referred to under consideration, and recommend that the
Senate recede from the amendment incorporated in said bill,
and designated as "Section 2," of said bill. And further
recommend to their respective Houses, that said bill be re-
passed as the same was originally passed by the House of
Delegates.
