A bill entitled an Act to prohibit stock running at large
in and around Pikesville, in Baltimore county.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. McLane, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to protect the "Craighill Channel"
at the mouth of the Patapsco river.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Gatch, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county, to provide for the renewal and
restoration of the registration books of said county,

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Martin, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to provide for an additional election
district in St. Mary's county, to be formed out of the fourth
election district of said county, and to authorize the Governor
to appoint Justices of the Peace, and the Commissioners'
Court of said county to appoint Constables and Judges of
Election for said district.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Hammond, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 329, of the Acts
of 1868, entitled "Public Roads in Talbot and Caroline
counties."

Which was read a first time.
Also,

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 10, chapter 299, of
the Acts of 1868, entitled "Public Roads," so far as the
same may relate to Talbot county.

Mr. Baldwin, of Anne Arundel, Chairman of a Select Com-
mittee, reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act for the protection of fish in the
waters of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, lying in
Anne Arundel county.
