Joseph's Hospital, one thousand dollars; to the Little Sisters
of the Poor, five hundred dollars; to Shelter for Colored Oir-
phans, five hundred dollars; St. Anthony's Orphan Asylum,
five hundred dollars; St. Vincent Orphans' Asylum, five
hundred dollars; Union Protestant Infirmary, five hundred
dollars; St. Joseph's House of Industry, five hundred dollars;
to German Orphans' Asylum, five hundred dollars; to St.
Mary's Orphan Asylum, one thousand dollars; St. Agnes
Hospital, five hundred dollars; to the Union Orphans' Asy-
lum, five hundred dollars; to the Maryland Institute for Pro-
motion of Mechanic Arts, three thousand dollars; to the
Manual Labor School, twenty-five hundred dollars, and to
the Orphans' Home of the Eastern Share of Maryland, five
thousand dollars.
