of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, relating to
Clerks of Courts, and to re-enact the same with amendments,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Dorchester county to build abridge
over Fishing Creek Ferry, in Dorchester county, and to levy
a sum of money for the same,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a

The bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Ar-
ticle 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title, "Middle-
town," to follow section 283,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled a Supplement to the Act to incorporate
the Lutheran Congregation of Si. Paul's Christ's Lutheran
Church, St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, and Mount Zion
Lutheran Church, in Frederick county, passed December
session, 1849, of the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter
310,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 10, of Article 5,
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled, "Appeals,"
and to insert in lieu thereof the following section,
