The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bill:

The bill entitled an Act to change the dividing line be-
tween the first and eighth election districts in Worcester
county,

Also, returned the Joint Resolutions requiring and direct-
ing the Treasurer, under the direction of the Governor, to
sell the remaining bonds of the Defence Loan, the proceeds
to be applied to the current wants of the Treasury.
