jurisdiction of Justices of the Peace, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

The question recurring upon the unfavorable report thereon
by the Committee on the Judiciary,

Mr. Bowlus moved to substitute the bill for the unfavorable
report of the Committee.

The question being upon concurring in the motion,
Mr. Hoblitzell moved the previous question.

The question then being, " Shall the previous question be
now put?"

It was decided in the affirmative.
