chapter 200, entitled an Act to revive and continue in force
the Act of 1854, chapter 60, entitled an Act to incorporate
a society in Washington county, to be styled the Agricultural
and Mechanical Association of Washington county, so as to
convert said association into a Joint Stock Corporation, and
to legalize certain Acts heretofore performed by Said associa-
tion.
The bill entitled an Act to add a section to the Act passed
at December session, 1828, chapter 119, entitled a supple-
ment to the Act entitled an Act to provide for the making
the several Turnpike roads, and for the extension of the
charter of the several banks therein mentioned, passed at De-
cember session, 1827, chapter 42.
The bill entitled an Act to provide for maintaining and
keeping in repair the Public Roads in Howard county, and
to repeal the Act passed at the January session, 1868, chap-

cle 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county,
in relation to horses and carriages kept at livery in Frede-
ricktown.
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 101, 102, 105
and 145, of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Frederick county, relating to the powers and duties of the
Mayor, Aldermen and Common Council of Frederick, and
to re-enact the same with amendments
