The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bills,
severally endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays:"

The bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to the
Act of 1865, chapter 36, entitled an Act to incorporate the
German Fire Insurance Company of Baltimore.

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Mercantile Library Association of the City
of Baltimore, passed January 17, 1842, being chapter 15, of
1841.

The bill entitled an Act to add a further supplement to an
Act to incorporate the Weverton Manufacturing Company,
passed at December session, 1834, chapter 144, appointing
certain persons Directors, and regulating the time and place
of holding the first meeting of stockholders.

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled au Act
incorporating the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize John T. Waller,
to settle his accounts as guardian to Charles N. Waller,
and to deliver over the estate to his ward.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the Public Local Laws
of Kent county, title "Chestertown," by repealing section
35, and to re-enact the same as amended.

The bill entitled an Act for the relief of Daniel Ammen, of
Anne Arundel county, and authorizing the Commissioners
of said county to correct errors in his assessment.

The bill entitled an Act to amend the Act passed at the
January session of the General Assembly of 1867, chapter
320, entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Par-
sonage belonging to the Mechanicstown charge of the Ger-
man Reformed Church.

The bill entitled an Act to alter and amend an Act passed
at January session, 1854, chapter 60, entitled an Act to in-
corporate a society in Washington county, to be styled the
Agricultural and Mechanical Association of Washington
county, and also an Act passed at January session, 1867,
